  • Walls, straightness, signs of wear or damage, damp problems; decks, patios, balconies and verandas for compliance with safety regulations, and for soundness including rails, balustrades. Hot water system inspection, safety switch installation. Check for rotting timbers around doors, posts and windows.
Home site & surrounds
  • Site drainage problems including signs of rising damp, water retention under floor etc., condition of fencing, paths driveways and steps. Condition of any outbuildings in relation to waterproof conditions.
